I Didn't Receive My Activation or Confirmation Email

No email yet? Don't worry — here's where to look first.

Step 1: Check Your Spam or Junk Folder

Search for "TeeTime Golf Pass" or "your order" — activation emails sometimes get filtered.

Step 2: Confirm the Right Email

Make sure you're checking the email address you entered at checkout. Even a small typo can send it somewhere else.

Step 3: Still Nothing After 30 Minutes?

Contact us at submit a ticket with:

  1. Your order number (found on your bank/card statement or PayPal receipt)
  2. The email address you used at checkout

We'll look it up and get you sorted. If there was a typo in the email at checkout, we can correct it.

Got a Gifted Pass?

The activation email goes to the purchaser first, not the recipient. Ask the person who gifted it to check their inbox — they'll need to forward it to you, or contact us and we'll help with the transfer.
