My Coupon or Promo Code Isn't Working
If your code isn't applying at checkout, one of these is usually the cause.
Common Reasons a Code Won't Work
- Expired — Most promo codes are seasonal or time-limited. Check that yours is still active.
- Case-sensitive — Enter the code exactly as shown, with no extra spaces before or after.
- Product or region restriction — Some codes are valid for specific pass types only. Check the terms that came with your code.
- Can't be combined — Promo codes can't be stacked with other discounts or promotions.
- Website only — Some codes only work at teetimegolfpass.com, not in the app. If it's not applying in the app, try completing your purchase on the website instead.
Where to Enter Your Code
On the checkout page, look for the "Coupon code" field on the right side of the screen (next to your order summary). Type your code and click "Apply". The discount will appear in your order total before you complete payment.
If You Were Already Charged Without the Discount
We want to make it right. Email submit a ticket with:
- Your order number
- The promo code you tried to use
We'll review it and issue a credit if the code was valid at the time of purchase.
