How Do I Change the Email on My Account?
We know this can be confusing — your TeeTime Golf Pass is tied to the email you used at checkout. If you try logging in with a different email, the system won't find your account. Here's how to get it sorted.
To Request an Email Change
Submit a ticket with the following:
- Your order number
- The email currently on the account (the one used at checkout)
- The new email you'd like to use
Once we update it, you'll get a confirmation and can log in with your new email right away.
Checked Out with Apple Pay or Google Pay?
If you used Apple Pay or Google Pay at checkout and chose to hide your email, your order was placed under a private relay address — something like [email protected]. This is not your personal email, so logging in with your Gmail or Hotmail won't work.
To fix this:
- Check your inbox (including spam/junk) for a TeeTime Golf Pass order confirmation — it was sent to the private relay address
- Submit a ticket with your order number and the new email you'd like to use
- We'll update the account to your real email so you can log in normally
If you can't find the order confirmation at all, include your full name and approximate purchase date — we'll look it up on our end.
Gifted or Group Passes
If your pass was a gift or part of a group purchase, include the original purchaser's name in your email — this helps us locate the correct order.
What to Expect
- Changes are typically processed within 1 business day
- You'll receive a confirmation email at your new address once it's done
- After that, use your new email to log in
