If the 'Redeem at Course" button is grey and not orange on your TeeTime App, you simply need to LOG OUT  of your TeeTime App and log back in. Swiping up or closing your phone is not the same as logging out. To log out of the TeeTime App, go to the top right corner of the Home Page where you see the golf tee (your account) and 'click'. The next screen has a log out option. Please log out and then log back in. This will update your TeeTime App and the 'Redeem at Course' button will now be orange and ready to use.
