App Stuck on "Join Now" / Can't Get Past the Join Now Screen

If your TeeTime Golf Pass app is stuck on a "Join Now" screen or your membership isn't showing after logging in, this is almost always a membership linking issue — not a login problem. Here's how to fix it.

Why This Happens

When you purchase a pass through our website (teetimegolfpass.com), your membership is tied to the email address used at checkout. If the app account was created with a different email, or if the account wasn't linked after purchase, the app won't recognize your membership and will show the "Join Now" screen instead.

Step 1: Confirm Which Email You Used to Purchase

Check your inbox for your TeeTime Golf Pass order confirmation email. The email address that received that confirmation is your membership email.

Step 2: Log In With the Correct Email

Open the app and tap Log In (not "Join Now"). Enter the exact email from your order confirmation and your password. If you've never set a password for that email, tap Forgot Password to create one.

Step 3: If You See "Join Now" After Logging In

This means your app account and membership aren't linked yet. Contact our support team with:

  • The email address used to purchase
  • Your order confirmation number (if available)

We'll manually link your membership to your account — usually within a few hours.
