If your TeeTime Golf Pass app is stuck on a "Join Now" screen or your membership isn't showing after logging in, this is almost always a membership linking issue — not a login problem. Here's how to fix it.
When you purchase a pass through our website (teetimegolfpass.com), your membership is tied to the email address used at checkout. If the app account was created with a different email, or if the account wasn't linked after purchase, the app won't recognize your membership and will show the "Join Now" screen instead.
Check your inbox for your TeeTime Golf Pass order confirmation email. The email address that received that confirmation is your membership email.
Open the app and tap Log In (not "Join Now"). Enter the exact email from your order confirmation and your password. If you've never set a password for that email, tap Forgot Password to create one.
